Legal Disclaimer

Last Updated: February 2025

Before you dive into our AR/VR gameplay testing and optimization programs, let's talk straight about what you're getting into. This isn't legal jargon for the sake of it — these are the real boundaries and expectations for working with Strongex.

Educational Purpose and Content Use

Our courses, tutorials, and materials exist for one reason: education. Everything you find here — videos, code samples, documentation, project files — is meant to help you learn AR/VR testing methodologies.

Course materials reflect current industry practices as of early 2025, but the AR/VR field moves quickly. What's cutting-edge today might need adjustment in six months.
Project examples and case studies are educational demonstrations. Your real-world results will depend on dozens of factors we can't control or predict.
Code repositories and technical resources are teaching tools, not production-ready solutions you should deploy without proper testing and adaptation.

When you use our materials, you're responsible for how you apply what you learn. We're teaching concepts and techniques — the implementation details in your specific situation are yours to figure out.

Information Accuracy and Current State

Here's the thing about technology education: it's a snapshot of knowledge at a specific moment. We update our courses regularly, but there's always going to be a gap between the latest industry developments and what's in our curriculum.

1

Technical Changes

AR/VR platforms update their APIs and tools constantly. Something that works in January might need adjustment by March.

2

Industry Evolution

Best practices shift as new research emerges. What we teach is current, but not eternal.

3

Hardware Landscape

New headsets and devices arrive regularly, each with their own testing requirements and optimization needs.

We do our best to keep everything current. But if you spot outdated information or encounter conflicts between course materials and current platform documentation, trust the official documentation first. Then let us know so we can update the course.

No Professional Advice Relationship

This is important: we're educators, not consultants making specific recommendations for your situation. Our courses don't create any kind of professional advisory relationship between you and Strongex.

What We Provide

General education on AR/VR testing principles, industry-standard methodologies, and technical skill development

What We Don't Provide

Specific recommendations for your projects, legal guidance on contracts, or business advice for your career decisions

If you need specific guidance on a project you're working on, that's what professional consultants are for. If you're making business decisions about your career or company direction, talk to people who know your specific situation. Our courses give you knowledge — applying that knowledge wisely is on you.

Limitation of Liability

Let's be clear about what happens if something goes wrong. We've built our courses carefully, but we can't guarantee everything will work perfectly in every situation for every person.

If you apply course techniques to a real project and something breaks, that's your responsibility to fix. We taught you the method — the implementation is yours.
Technical problems with course delivery (videos not loading, files corrupted, platform issues) — those we'll help you sort out. But outcomes from applying what you learned? That's outside our control.
Career outcomes, project results, client relationships, income changes — these depend on way too many variables for us to accept liability for them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law in Slovakia and the European Union, Strongex isn't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our educational materials. We're not trying to be harsh — this is standard for educational services because we genuinely can't control or predict how knowledge gets applied in the real world.

No Employment or Income Guarantees

This needs to be absolutely crystal clear: completing our courses doesn't guarantee you'll get hired, land clients, or earn any specific income. The AR/VR industry is competitive and complex.

We've seen students finish our programs and land great positions at VR studios. We've also seen talented people struggle to find opportunities because the job market was tight, or they were in locations without many AR/VR companies, or timing just didn't work out. Your results depend on your skills, effort, portfolio, location, market conditions, networking, and honestly a bit of luck.

What we can promise: solid education in AR/VR gameplay testing and optimization. What we can't promise: job offers, specific salary levels, client contracts, or guaranteed career advancement. Those outcomes involve too many factors beyond what any course can control.

Third-Party Tools and Platform Changes

Our courses teach you to work with various AR/VR platforms, testing tools, and development environments. Many of these are created and maintained by third parties like Meta, Unity, Unreal Engine, and others.

When these platforms change their APIs, deprecate features, or shift their business models, our course content might need updates to stay current. We monitor these changes and update courses accordingly, but there's usually some lag time.

If Unity releases a major update that changes how you access performance profiling tools, our course will reflect the old method until we can record new material.
When Meta updates their Quest developer tools, there might be a few weeks where course content doesn't match the newest interface exactly.
Third-party plugin developers might discontinue tools we reference in courses, requiring you to find alternative solutions.

We're not responsible for changes, discontinuations, or issues with third-party platforms and tools. Part of working in technology is adapting to these changes — consider it practice for your professional career.

User Conduct and Proper Use

You're expected to use our materials appropriately. That means for learning, not for redistribution, resale, or any activity that violates intellectual property rights.

Don't share course login credentials. Don't download videos and redistribute them. Don't copy our curriculum structure and sell it as your own program. These should be obvious, but people occasionally try them anyway.

If you violate these terms, we'll terminate your access. If the violation causes actual damages, we'll pursue appropriate legal remedies under Slovak and EU law. We'd rather not deal with any of this — just use the courses for learning and we'll all be fine.

Updates and Modifications

This disclaimer might change as our programs evolve, new legal requirements emerge, or we identify areas that need clarification. When we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top and notify active students.

Continuing to use our services after updates means you accept the modified terms. If you don't agree with changes, your option is to stop using our materials. Not ideal, but that's how these agreements work.
